Placed the order on Friday night (8/6/2018). Order dispatched on Wed 13/6 and delivered on Fri 15/6. Transit time after shipment (2days) is acceptable considering the county of origin is UK (island). But dispatching an item 3 days after it was paid is not good. To be sucesaful the item would have been disparched in up to 24hrs after the order was recieved. Furthermore the money should have been taken from my account only after disparching the item and not right after order submission. I had the impression the item was sourced to your supplier with my money, which is not the good message you want to give to your customer. In any case, everything went fine, the shoes are the correct size for me (which means size information provided by the website were correct) and the item was discribed accurately. Please consider my comments are left comparing service provided by Triton Cycles vs Bike24, Bike-Discounts, Bike-Components, and many other suppliers I used for my purchases. Thank you.
