I have only given 2 stars because my order arrived nine days after the notified dispatch day and two days after the latest estimated delivery date. When contacted Triton were willing to resend my order if it had not arrived by the following day, and as it did arrive, no further action was required.
In due fairness the delay could be on down to Royal Mail.
