Bought a fatbike rim in June and didnt get round to fitting it - in august I decided to fit it and realised it was the wrong size. I spoke to them explained what had happened and they tried to source me one but they couldnt. they accepted me returning it for a refund. very happy as it was out of there returns window. nice to see some great customer service. will certainly shop there again thanks
