Placed an order. Got email that payment is successful and an estimated delivery date. Then nothing (and I check my spam/trash folders). A few days later I write back asking about the order. I get a reply that the order is not yet dispatched, but they will do so today an I will get an email. Then nothing again for a week. I write back, and this time they say the payment was not ok because my card is not enrolled in 3D secure. I made plans based on the order and I was expecting it any day now. I could have waited forever without any news about the order. Ok, I draw attention in an email that something in the payment system is not right and should fix it. The customer service person just says "sorry for the confusion", that they will refund me and I have to place the order one more time, but no admission that something's wrong on their side, then simply no more replies to my email. There's been 12 days since they rejected the payment, but I still did not get my money back. Awful experience.
