I recommend phoning your order in as the website is unreliable. The website said they had stock and 10 days later I phone up to find where my order is and they say they have none in stock but if I wait another 9 days they have some turning up. Nobody contacted me although I received an apology for that. The item is still listed as 'Item in stock - usually dispatched within 24hrs'. Had I been made aware that they had no stock near the time of placing my order I would not be writing this as stock level mistakes happen but two blunders isn't acceptable. At least they have promised a full refund to arrive in my bank within a couple of working days. Attached image is taken 9 days before stock is due to arrive.
