Just bought an expensive bike and received it in perfect condition. Packaging was not damaged, and the bike had been prepared to be ready to ride immediately (well, you still have to put the wheels on, and get the bar straight and a couple of very very easy and basic fitting when opening the package).
The person on the phone was very nice and helpful.
In summary, they did what they said they would do. No bad surprise.
No warranty issue, so I cannot comment their performance on that.
