Order process was fine, shame about the Mongoose BMX build. Good website but no email confirmation form Triton of the order once placed. Quick delivery. BMX bottom bracket creaking from new, local bike shop sorted it out, tightened properly and greased. Alternative was to ship back to Triton and wait for a fix or a replacement when we needed the bike that weekend.
