I'm a US biker. I needed a small part for my wife's Trek Time Trial bike. Triton was the only place on the internet that had it. The part was less than 30grams. The shipping was $38.60. This is ridiculous. If you want more business from the United States you need to correct your shipping charges. Your competitor "Chain Reaction Cycles" is more reasonable and fair in shipping costs.
