Everything was good, but theres some room for improvement. However I do acknowledge that holiday season may be a bit crazy:
- Delivery took 12 days - 2 days outside of the estimated delivery window
- None of my emails was actually replied. Had to call in order to get some feedback regarding the order
- Triton did not include any documentation of the bike (user's manual)
- They could have included a small pouch of carbon mount paste for seatpost assembly. This has been standard all the times i have bought a carbon bike.
