I had very good service. Ordering was straightforward and the turbo trainer I ordered came a couple of days later. The price was reasonable too (and they had stock, unlike many other suppliers).
The CycleOps Fluid Trainer hasn't the bells and whistles of others, but it's well made, solid and provides a very smooth ride. I'm very pleased with it.
