Before all this covid thing I was planning buying a bicycle. I tried buying from another place and unfortunately it was so poorly packed that arrived with the frame broken asked for a refund and decided to buy from another place. Was a bit sceptical of buying from Triton, wasn't sure that it would be any better. It actually was way better the bicycle was really well packed full of protective cardboard and things well secured. My only advice to Triton would be to increase their updates. I had to contact them twice, because my order status wasn't updated for a week. They were experiencing some delays which is totally acceptable during these hard times.
