Ordered an item on 3 April that was listed on website as in stock and ‘Usually dispatched within 24 hours’ but still no update. No answer to phone calls or emails.
I know the climate is tough at present but there are reviews here saying items have been delivered internationally quickly. It’s not a time to let up on customer service and interaction.
