Took over week more than expected to even be built by them order was on awaiting dispatch for close to a week took 8 days from it saying awaiting dispatch to even be ready for assembly once arived after few mins of riding crank was slipping and changing gears sounded awful i messaged them asking if somebody could talk me threw adjusting The gears 6 days no reply
