Ordered some mudguards and a light from Triton Cycles, after 3 days the items had not been dispatched so gave them a call and they told me they would be dispatched on the next working day and they will let me know via phone. They did let me know but the actual item was dispatched on that same day. Apart from having to chase them the items were well packaged and delivery was with DPD (which is better than Hermes!) so pretty pleased on the whole.
