Very good service from Triton Cycles. They had one of the lowest prices for the bike trailer I ordered, confirmed it was the latest model with the additional safety features, and delivered it within a few days. For the trailer itself, I am very happy with the Burley Bee - it is a well made product that is very easy to use. It misses some features the more expensive trailers have, but when using it I think the resulting simplicity is one of its best features. Very intuitive to assemble and use. Lightweight and easy to fold again for storage. My children enjoying using the trailer and it compares positive to those used by my friends while being cheaper. The only negative I have found is that my twins are quite short for their age, and as a result their heads sit too low for the helmet pock in the backrest of the trailer seat. This causes their helmets to push their heads forward and limit their view. A cushion underneath them has solved this issue for now, and as they grow it will go away.
