After reading how long people had been waiting i decided to cancel my order. My request to cancel the order was accepted and acknowledged straight away and I received my money back the next day. I maybe could have waited but seeing how long ago some people ordered i decided against. But rest assured they are not 'taking your money' they are extremely busy and overworked, and one must be paitient in the current Covid pandemic.
