All's well that ends well.
Like many people I became concerned that I could not obtain any information about the status of my order apart from what was available on the website.
All told it took two weeks from placing my order to my new bike being delivered. In the current circumstances that seems reasonable.
My impression is that Triton are going a creditable job in what must be challenging circumstances.
I kept my faith and I was rewarded.
