I ordered a bike from Triton about 3 weeks ago and I have to say, very happy with my purchase! After a week of waiting (there is a 5-10 day wait until bikes are dispatched), and reading some unfortunate reviews, I emailed asking for an update. Cara from Triton responded quickly and explained there were problems with the stock system due to the volume of orders they have recieved and could not get that bike anymore. I was given the option of a similar bike (which they did for the same price as my original order) which was delivered in perfect working order a week later! Very happy with the customer service and a big thanks to the team for sorting out my order. Would recommend!
