I ordered a Frog bike and kickstand from Triton Cycles. There was a discount on the bike so it was a good price. However, I had an issue trying to assemble it and I thought there was a missing part so I have been trying to get in touch for a week now but nobody answers the phone and an email and web enquiry have both been ignored. I have eventually managed to resolve the problem by contacting Frog Bikes who were very helpful.
