I know that business has been difficult in these Covid-19 days but when given a delivery date between 29 April and 12 May and then by the 15th of May there is no sign of the order and every email sent to politely enquire if there is an update is ignored, one gets a little frustrated and somehow wishes I had made my purchase elsewhere. Disappointing customer service. A real shame and I hope I receive my bicycle before the end of lockdown.
