There's a coronavirus, but that's not an excuse to not respond to communications after accepting payment. I purchased a bike, and paid. When I checked out it said 24-48 hours to dispatch. Then 5-10 days, then 10-14 days. 5 emails. No response. You can respond to emails while maintaining social distancing.
