Fab experience! I ordered 2 kids' bikes with delivery to California, USA. The order went through without issues & 1st bike delivered in less than a week from placing order! 2nd bike was delayed but Triton customer service contacted me to check deliveries had arrived & followed up on the 2nd bike; confirming it was at our local depot & apologised for the delay,which of course was out of their control-I'm sure just an oversight of our postal service. Boxes arrived well packed/undamaged. Bikes were partially set up in the boxes with all parts accounted for & it was easy to follow how to assemble. Love supporting a family run business!
