email from DPD 27th advising of delivery, checked tracking same day to be informed can't make delivery..reason no name/number.
Various emails between Cara & myself with no solution to the issue up to 6th june when Cara said she would issue a refund that day, since then no reply to my emails. Now the 11th june & still no refund. Very bad business practice. Next step my Solicitor.
