Easy ordering, arrived in 2 days that was because I ordered late so definitely next day service. I did call before I ordered just to check item was in stock and which sizing was best for my son. They were very friendly and helpful. Just a tip if like me you have not ordered before my son is 5'9 and he fell between bikes sizes, I ordered L and it was perfect fit.
