Shoddy, unreliable shower. Developed a fault within two months of fitting. Engineer would not go up in loft as there is no loft ladder in my property. Had to pay my own plumber. Now the heat sensor has tripped, so only cold water running. Switch cannot be reset as is usual with electrical appliances. Customer service disinterested & sent a generic response. Avoid at all costs.
