“Horrendous and utterly dismayed by Triton showers and Archers Estates in Sheffield. They left a disused electric shower on the wall (there is also a mixer fitted at the other end of the bathtub). I've never seen anything like it in my life. It's like something out of a horror movie. Completely dismayed by this and having to pay a professional to sort it out.”
“Shoddy, unreliable shower. Developed a fault within two months of fitting. Engineer would not go up in loft as there is no loft ladder in my property. Had to pay my own plumber. Now the heat sensor has tripped, so only cold water running. Switch cannot be reset as is usual with electrical appliances. Customer service disinterested & sent a generic response. Avoid at all costs.”
