Great communication and very responsive to both emails and calls. They even called me to make sure I was a 100% happy with the wheels I ordered, before they dispatched them. The wheels came very safe in two separate cardboard boxes that was then taped together. This meant the wheels weren't touching and the inside of the cardboard boxes was well covered in bubble wrap.
I would definitely recommend TRI UK and use them again.
