Tri UK took money for goods that they didnt have and weren't available. They are still advertising them now when they cannot supply the goods

Been trying to make a warranty claim for three weeks. They don’t answer the phones, or reply to there emails. Don’t spend you money here , just an awful bike shop.

Do not waste your money this company is plain awful they take your money and thats about it you will most likely not get your purchase. They dont answer phones or emails or any social media. My advice go any where else as this company trading like a broken company

Terriable.. Ordered cycle shoes... 15 days offer taking my money.. They then email and tell me not in stock... Do not buy from them total rubbish... Said would refund money we will see

They take your money and after a couple of weeks tell your there is no stock. You then have to wait a further 3 to 7 working days to receive your money back. I like many many others have been used by them to keep filling their bank account with their customers money, when they clearly do not have stock of the items that their customers are ordering and paying for. Please also read the latest reviews from their customers on Trust Pilot. I have fortunately got my Money back unlike some reviewers who have had to go through their credit card company I can only echo what others are saying. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!

Ordered off the website, never had the item, no response either by phone or email..am having to get a refund from the credit card company..how they can keep trading is beyond me..

Placed web order last Wednesday for a bike and 6 days later they are saying its out of stock even though it was showing on there website and still is! Terrible company to deal with who don't reply to emails or answer the phone. Typical Mike Ashley company. Avoid at all costs.. If anything goes wrong I'd hate to think how they would deal with it..

SAVE YOURSELF DISAPPOINTMENT AND DO NOT BUY FROM TRI UK. I ordered my new bike 5th April when I ordered it I knew at the time there would obviously be a delay a 5 day delay according to their website. A day later they update their website and roughly 14 day waiting time. My bike arrived 27th April 22 days later! When I emailed them they had no idea what day of the week it was. They told me it was be dispatched Monday 27th April. The Friday before I get an email from TNT saying my parcel has been collected from TRI. I was so excited to open my bike after waiting 22 days. The box was battered holes and tape every where! The bike itself has been used and returned! The bike had marks and scratches. Dust/dirt and cob webs on it and the wheels were dirty. I have spammed them with emails since Monday and guess what not single reply. Now I am stuck with a dirty used bike with no idea what to do. If they stay open out of greed and cannot service customers to a minimum standard they should just close!

Brilliant service. I only needed a couple of wheel spokes. Despite being near to closing time I was ushered into the workshop where helpful and knowledgeable staff rifled through various shelves till they came up with just what I needed. Many thanks I will be back! Halfords beware!

I don't normally reviews, but just have to mention the fantastic customer service I've had from Dave at TRI UK. Nothing was too much trouble in sorting out an issue with the Mavic wheels I bought last year. As well speedily arranging things with Mavic, when I got the wheels back from Mavic the exalith specific brake pads were missing - Dave had some sent up on behalf of TRI UK. Definately going to be my first port of call for gear in the future.

Great communication and very responsive to both emails and calls. They even called me to make sure I was a 100% happy with the wheels I ordered, before they dispatched them. The wheels came very safe in two separate cardboard boxes that was then taped together. This meant the wheels weren't touching and the inside of the cardboard boxes was well covered in bubble wrap. I would definitely recommend TRI UK and use them again. /Jeppe

Been using the store for the last 10 years for these following reasons:- They know in detail, what they're selling and are friendly in delivering the advice you need. The variety and choice available in store is second to non. The guys that work there are really friendly and all actively enjoy the same sports that you do, so it's easy to discuss choices and know that you're getting an informed opinion rather than a sales pitch. AND........they even have a cafe in store, so you have an excuse to go in there and admire the carbon on show!

Arrived as a complete novice with no experience with road bikes and ended up leaving with a Giant Defy road package. Very helpful staff and even had a bike fit to give me the best position. I will be buying my next bike from them.
