Received my order in a timely matter, unfortunately the topper of my trophy came a little nicked. I reached out about a week later through email and the Trophysmack team responded right away, offering to replace the topper. Talk about customer satisfaction, I am very impressed and I’ve been a customer for years and their items have always been great quality. Certainly would recommend to others.
