“I was basically laughed at when I contacted them about my issues. They told me the ring was not designed to be handled and only displayed. I wasn't wearing the ring, only showing it off. Why even have it if it can't be handled with care without failing.”

“Customer service was great when one of the trophies arrived broken, and the replacement arrived quickly. There is a design flaw with the base of the two trophies I ordered, and neither will sit flat because the screw holding on the base is not flush and makes it wobble severely.”
