“Loved that I could drop in my own art. Created the exact belt I had envisioned. It is so much heavier than I had anticipated, which speaks to the quality of the material. I created and purchased it without telling the other league members. They loved it so much that they all chipped in to help pay.”
“Overall a pretty easy process of ordering, and the trophy and nameplates look really good. A lot of kudos from league members. Like I said, my only suggestion would be to allow for older leagues to be able to order more than 19 years of nameplates (we were replacing a trophy from a league we started in 1996).”
“The gift they didnt know they had to have. No one needs anything anymore, but there are still things they want. This is something different and awesome that people will talk about.”
“easy to use, easy to order. shipped and arrived in a very timely fashion and the qualify of the case and ring exceeded expectations. I will definatley be making future orders.”
“Customer service had a prime opportunity to help me out, but they refused to help me get it right. Simple little mistake, autocorrect messed something up. They told me my item hasn’t been made or printed yet, so I thought that was great news.. but they still made me purchase another name plate anyways. What a waste.. it was the simplest of errors to correct, on a piece that wasn’t even made yet.”
“I love the trophy. If I were to criticize anything, it would be that the plaque to engrave names on is made of a thinnish plastic, which I will replace with a brass plaque from a local engraver.”
“Fast shipping. Hopefully they can respond quickly about what guards to use in the necklace or at least in the future show a compatibility with certain guards.”
