“Customer service was great when one of the trophies arrived broken, and the replacement arrived quickly. There is a design flaw with the base of the two trophies I ordered, and neither will sit flat because the screw holding on the base is not flush and makes it wobble severely.”
“The draft board is as described. This would be 5 stars but the experience makes it 3. The "2-day shipping" is misleading marketing. It leaves the consumer under the impression that they can receive it in 2 days such as how other fulfillment places operate. Instead, this was a non-custom item that still took you 2 days to print and slap a label on and ship. Then 3 days to get here. I ordered it on Monday for a draft on Friday. It shipped on Wednesday. I received it on Saturday. I could have ordered another on Amazon prime and received it in time but that one had too many colors. I liked the look of your draftboard better so I passed on the other thinking it will be here 4 days later. Regardless, I sold yours on FB rather than returning it. I had no use for it once it got here. I included in my fb post about your 2-day shipping hoax so people in the future will take better of that and not fall into the pitfall your website lead me into. I should have read the small print on your site better but then again, should that really be necessary on something that is a primary data point to an end user? Oh well, enough said...”
“The Belt looked good but when I think of youth I think of up to teen. The Belt was small for 5 yr old or something. You gotta have a tweener in there my 10 year old is to big for this belt and so is my football team. Unfortunately I can't upgrade because it's custom. I was told have to buy another belt. No happy‼️”
“Here is the review comments I provided for the actual trophy. The product comes partially assembled, but the actual, extra large "cup" that sits on top of the trophy comes detached. Simple enough; you just set it on top and twist the bolt to secure it in place. The issue I had was that the cup slightly hangs over the trophy. It looks a little tacky to have a trophy where it does not 100% completely fit on the base or flat platform it sits on. I included a picture. It isn't huge, but that's not the point. For the price I paid, I expected the plastic pieces to fit properly, at a minimum. The only other thing I wanted to note is also related to the plastic cup that sits atop the trophy. It is plastic and very lightweight. In the box, the plastic cup is wrapped and padded with loose paper to secure it in place, but the plastic cup had scratches on it apparently from the paper rubbing up against it. These are tiny scratches, but again, my point is scratches on a brand new out of the box trophy is borderline unacceptable. Everything else was as advertised. Sorry, I really wanted to say that it was the best thing ever and worth every penny, but at this moment, I do not feel that way. Good luck.”

“Board is nice but I did not receive my joke stickers like I did last year. I wrote them an email but was told you have to buy them now even though the stickers are on the draft board page on the video. Not sure if the company got cheap but most likely will switch it up next year”
