“Being that I have ordered a few times, I have become accustomed in a certain presentation when I receive the belts. Normally when I receive items they come in the trophy smack box which is inside of the standard brown shipping box; this is great for presentations. This time I received the item in a regular shipping box just wrapped in bubble wrap. I am just curious as to why the change. I am military, so the presentation is important to me. This doesnt diminish the quality of the item itself but not what I am used to from the company.”
“Tried to message about my order to order the bigger one instead, didn’t get a reply so got stuck with the kids one, my mistake in the end but still would be nice to have little better customer service. Or atleast someone that replies to your concerns.”

“Received both plaques this time. Typically only get 1 of 2or3 ordered. Only issue is both plaques from one order looked different. The persons name should be on the bottom line on both.
