“The trophy is well-made, delivery was fast, and the plates were easy to affix. One critique is I would’ve liked to have had some brief instructions. It’s not complicated to assemble but was curious how the golf club is secured. Glue? Bottom bolt needs a washer.”

I’ve ordered quite a few trophies from you guys and have noticed a couple of small scuffs on the last two orders. Nothing major, but I wanted to mention it.
Also, it would be really helpful if you included a small tool to tighten everything up when needed. That would be a great touch.

“I ordered a youth belt and was concerned because the image i use when removing the background looked a little off but the product was perfect. They must have noticed the issue and fixed it! It was also made and shipped faster than I was expecting. Only concern there was cost of shipping… and when they shipped it they folded it making creases in the belt that are now weak points. They should change how they ship and start shipping belts flat not folded.”
“Stop using FedEx. They were two days later than expected, and while I understand this is a minor incovenience it sucks to get your hopes that it's going to be there a certain day and the shipping information isn't updated until the day after it was supposed to be there.”
“To much AI for my liking. It took me several weeks to finally being able to order my item. I was looking to have a duplicate belt made and was constantly given the run around by the AI BOTS even after numerous request for an actual human who could help. It was only after giving a bad review did someone actually reached out to help. Once that happened the process went smoothly.

“I was really impressed by how well this belt was made with the 6lb weight you can tell it's very well made and the red alligator strap it sets off the gold plates. My only complaint is I wish the metal plates were a little curved to lay flat on the strap.”
