“I reached out to customer service immediately after I made the order to change the plates I was receiving. Still haven’t heard back about it. Trophy came, looks good, built well. Could’ve been better.”
“Two years ago, I ordered nameplates for past winners. They offered up to 20 engraved at purchase, but I was unsure how much space the trophy actually had for plates and emailed multiple questions beforehand—no response at all. I ended up only getting 10 as a result. After delivery, I saw plenty of room left and emailed again offering to pay for the other 10—still no reply. Disappointing lack of communication on what should've been easy pre- and post-sale follow-up. Hope this has improved for future customers.”

“For this order, I paid $20 for 2 day shipping. After the product was made, it took 6 days to arrive. Not six days from the order, 6 days after I received a notification that the name places were made. I email to see who I should contact in regards to a refund on the shipping. Radio silence on their end. I’ve found that as time goes on, this seems to be their trend. I wouldn’t expect much from them by the year 2027”
