“Unfortunately the support seems non-existent. I wrote two seperate mails, (a week apart from each other, one only some minutes after ordering) those were ignored.
The product is close to perfect though”
“Customer service had a prime opportunity to help me out, but they refused to help me get it right. Simple little mistake, autocorrect messed something up. They told me my item hasn’t been made or printed yet, so I thought that was great news.. but they still made me purchase another name plate anyways. What a waste.. it was the simplest of errors to correct, on a piece that wasn’t even made yet.”
“I ordered the kit with 2-day shipping, thinking to myself that it would get there with more than enough time before my draft started. I ordered on a Monday morning and figured it would be to me by Thursday or Friday with the 2-day shipping (I needed it by Saturday). It did not make it to my house until Sunday morning. I was very bummed because I like the products from Trophy Smack. So I guess my beef is not with the products, but with the advertisement of 2-day shipping because that is not what it is. If I had ordered a custom product, I would totally understand, but this just needed to be packaged up and sent out. 2-day shipping to me means exactly that, not order it and then once we get to it, then it's two days from then.”
“Thought this was a great deal on a case for my fantasy football championship ring. Quality is good for the price but the spinning mechanism sounds like grinding as soon as it gets turned on. Would not buy again.”
“I reached out to customer service immediately after I made the order to change the plates I was receiving. Still haven’t heard back about it. Trophy came, looks good, built well. Could’ve been better.”
“Two years ago, I ordered nameplates for past winners. They offered up to 20 engraved at purchase, but I was unsure how much space the trophy actually had for plates and emailed multiple questions beforehand—no response at all. I ended up only getting 10 as a result. After delivery, I saw plenty of room left and emailed again offering to pay for the other 10—still no reply. Disappointing lack of communication on what should've been easy pre- and post-sale follow-up. Hope this has improved for future customers.”
