For this order, I paid $20 for 2 day shipping. After the product was made, it took 6 days to arrive. Not six days from the order, 6 days after I received a notification that the name places were made. I email to see who I should contact in regards to a refund on the shipping. Radio silence on their end. I’ve found that as time goes on, this seems to be their trend. I wouldn’t expect much from them by the year 2027
