“The service has dramatically declined. Not sure if its the popularity or the ESPN sponshorship but the customer service is some of the worse I have experienced. This was a brand that I supported from the Shark Tank days. Sad that success has caused you to lose your way.”
“Order for overnight delivery and came in 6 days later after not needed anymore and had to buy a another one after spending $40 on overnight delivery and couldn’t get a refund on my shipping expense and when I returned the board they made me pay for the shipping fees which came out to half of what the board cost never shopping with trophy smack again”
“Interactions about issues are almost exclusively with a chatbot, and TrophySmack would not provide a contact number for a direct conversation about the issue they created. The trophy itself is very nice, as are the engravings. One of the plaques was mistakenly excluded from the shipment. It took too long to convince TrophySmack that the plaque wasn't shipped and to get a replacement plaque.”
“It wasn't what I was expected for the price I paid. With the total purchase of $94.14 I wasn't expecting to receive plastic. The product and price dosen't correlate. For plasitc I wouldn't expect to pay as much as I paid. Other than it being plasitc the product is okay. Recommend letting the customer know in advance the material being used to make these chains, so we can make a better purchasing decision.”
