“For the price you pay, the trophy should come assembled out of the box and not have to be put together. There’s no instructions and the engravings are plastic.”

To make matters worse, there was no communication or explanation for the delay. Relying on a company’s timeline shouldn't be a gamble. I won't be using them again and cannot recommend them”

My boss sent me a video and the thing is crackling the whole time while spinning and then stopped working within the day. sent the video and email request for replacement but they requested a photo of the packing label which of course I did not have nor did my boss keep since it was a gift. so no solution to the broken display.”

I had sent an email request an address correction due to the order updating to the default mailing address as opposed to the address input: I am unsure how the credit card on file was able to be charged when the billing address was incorrect. After I requested an address change, I received an email that the address was updated; but in fact the above order # was still mailed to the wrong address.
I then put in another order for the draft board due to a live draft happening this Sunday. In the 2
Day shipping zone was advised that it would not arrive until 9/1 so J paid for priority mail, but realized the original 2 day shipping would have had the board arrive timely.
I have ordered my draft board and other fantasy football material from you annually and I felt this was the first time I have received very poor customer service.”
