“I ordered the kit with 2-day shipping, thinking to myself that it would get there with more than enough time before my draft started. I ordered on a Monday morning and figured it would be to me by Thursday or Friday with the 2-day shipping (I needed it by Saturday). It did not make it to my house until Sunday morning. I was very bummed because I like the products from Trophy Smack. So I guess my beef is not with the products, but with the advertisement of 2-day shipping because that is not what it is. If I had ordered a custom product, I would totally understand, but this just needed to be packaged up and sent out. 2-day shipping to me means exactly that, not order it and then once we get to it, then it's two days from then.”
“Our league trophy was delivered with all the Engravings for past 18 years. Trophy was slightly damaged on the base. Box it came in looked like it had seen better days. Most likely the damage occured during transit. I reached out and informed them about the trophy damage. Sent a few pictures and new one was shipped out promptly. New base came, perfect condition. Love the trophy, very durable, looks great. Thank you for the great customer service.”
