I paid a little extra to get my belt before our tournament. Unfortunately, there was minor mixup with my order and I was unable to receive my order in time for my event. However, customer service went out of their way to try to fix their mistake. I was in immediate contact with them as soon as a complaint was filed and they let me know what they planned/did to make me whole again. Yes, mistakes happen. I assume they don’t happen often with this company. They fixed it and compensated me for my troubles in a very timely matter. Good job trophy smack. Hopefully no more mixups, but if/when they do, continue the awesome customer service.
