What a unique pineapple. We have a dinner group that gets together once a month for a themed dinner. With COVID restrictions we have not been able to get our 6 couples together. When I saw this pink pineapple I knew I had to get together with one other couple and have a dinner. We each had a pineapple and our imaginations. Dinner started with pineapple martinis. We then had pineapple polenta with prosciutto wrapped shrimp. Thai salad with thin sliced pineapple and an amazing dressing. Main course was pineapple chicken with coconut rice. Panna cotta with pineapple topping rounded out of pink pineapple dinner. The pineapples arrived very well packaged and ripe. They also arrived when promised. I have never dealt with this company before but will again. Can’t travel back to Costa Rica right now but I can bring a bit of Costa Rica to my home.
