First time buying - was looking for something from 'Costa Rica' as a Christmas gift since we had to postpone Costa Rica trip plans in 2020. This came a couple weeks late due to short-holiday weeks back-to-back, to ensure fruit doesn't get tied up over the weekend & spoil somewhere. The company was very quick to notify/explain to us and apologized for the inconvenience. It ended up being a nice late-holiday treat, so we got to enjoy it more: I ordered the pineapple & guava (never tried!). The guava needs to ripen more still, but the pineapple was delicious! Packaging/shipping was great - no damages. The only thing I wish I had was a sample of every other fruit...and more pineapple! ;) Guess I'll have to order more...would highly suggest trying!
