99% of my orders from Tropical Fruitbox have been above and beyond my expectations (hello Longans and Rambutans new addition to favorite fruits). The star apple was one of my favorites from my childhood home, Jamaica. I wasn’t that lucky this time around but because of their excellent customer service and standing by their word, I’ll have that opportunity to try them again. I’m looking forward to my replacement fruit and have said and continue to say, they have a customer for life.
