I ordered star apples as pandemic gift for my dad. The order arrived promptly in 2 days as promised. Fruits were very fresh and sweet. Though they were well packed, two of the fruits were smashed probably during shipping as the box was dented. Tropical Fruits Box sent email follow up after package delivered. I emailed back to thank them and let them know about the 2 damaged fruits but didn't expect anything because it was not their fault. To my surprised, I received a response within 5 minutes.
