My original order was shipped via Fedex and it got to my location hot and steamy meaning my guanabanas were ripe and the quenepas more than a 1/4 spoiled. The ladies take care of the quenepas and send me a replacement via UPS that arrived in 2 days. Quenepas were nice and cold. Tropical Fruit stays behind their guaranty of freshness of their product.
