Ive ordered boxes before and fruits were always great. Ordered a box of mangosteen recently but when it arrived there were some fruits that were spoiled. Contacted customer service and they addressed my concern right away and sent a replacement order without hassle, even though I was beyond the time requirement to report it to them. Just received my replacement order and couldn't be happier with how fresh the fruits are. Customer service is top notch!!
