Our 1st box was damaged because of fed ex delivering it late and must of been tossed around as well. I sent pics and told them what happened and in 4 days we had a completely new replacement box. They even replaced the pineapple which was the only item free of damage. All the fruits were amazing but I really LOVED the pink pineapple! Hubby did a great job cutting it too ;) They have the BESTEST customer service! We will definitely order again, and soon. Thanks so much for all you do!
