The family members who received the box of tropical fruit were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and sweet the fruit were. When we informed, typically through a photo of the box contents, the company that the bananas had turned black and perished, customer care were responsive and able to graciously replace them. Thank you so much for the smooth experience. I believe I scored a few points with my in-laws.
