The local delivery company claimed to have delivered the box, but it never showed up here. I asked for "proof of delivery" and was told "signature was not required" with no further explanation. I contacted Tropical Fruit and they arranged a replacement shipment with another carrier. Excellent product as well as excellent customer service!
