I was impressed on how well the packaging was done. I called to ask questions about what to do because I have never purchased a raw pineapple before. I’ve always purchased stored bought that was already cut up. The person that answered was very friendly and helpful. She advised me to let it set for about 2 days to ripen but It actually took longer than 2 days. I received my pink goodness on Thursday and cut it on Sunday. OMG the taste was awesome, sweet put not acid. Here’s a pic with my Sunday meal
