I sent a mixed box ( papayas, lychees, bananas etc can’t recall what else ) to some monks living in a monastery in St. Louis. They said it was all very good- the ripening timeline seems perfect- there were a few ripe fruits they could eat immediately and then they had something ready to eat each day. Very pleased. Hope to buy some for my own family.
